Computer Department Return Policy Customers with the original receipt have 14 consecutive days from the date of purchase to make an exchange/refund. All sales are final on Apple, Gateway and MicronPC branded products, ICS kits, clearance and demonstration merchandise. After 14 consecutive days exchange/refund will be done at the current Bookstore pricing only if merchandise is up-to-date, in original purchase condition, AND with the original receipt.
