To place an order for Service and Retirement Awards, you will need to log in to the website.
The University of Hawai'i Bookstore's Service and Retirement Awards website is only available
for Faculty and Staff of the University of Hawai'i system. In order to log in, you will
need a valid @hawaii.edu email address. If you do not have a valid @hawaii.edu address, you
will need to register for one through the ITS department.
Go to the ITS faculty

information pages for information on how to get a UH Account.
If you have a valid @hawaii.edu email address, click on the Login button below to
login and place an order.
- Please allow at least 2 weeks for retirement bowls.
- Please allow at least 3 weeks for service award pens.

NOTE: Price increases as of February 1, 2012
As of July 2, 2012, the Bookstore has secured a new vendor for koa pens. However, prices have
increased significantly due to the quality of the pens and the availability of koa wood.
The Bookstore is currently in the process of expanding the variety of products available on the awards website.
We hope to have these products featured on the website very shortly. However, if your department
would like to order an award immediately, please contact the Bookstore Supplies Department at 956-6612
and we will be happy to work with you.
